Our Learning & Engagement team helps Art Bridges partner institutions create transformative programs that connect with new and diverse communities, actively engage current audiences in new ways, and highlight interdisciplinary elements.
Once your collection placement, traveling exhibition, or cohort project is approved, we will work with you to apply for Learning & Engagement funding.
We start by scheduling a call to walk you through the application process and discuss your ideas.
After our conversations, we ask that you submit a draft application and budget forms.
We will provide feedback and suggestions to strengthen your application.
After receiving your final application package, the Art Bridges team will prepare your materials for review. We will evaluate your project to see if it aligns with Art Bridges' mission.
Once your project is approved, funds are transferred to your institution. Be sure to document your program activities along the way, as a final report is due one month after the conclusion of your project.
We support projects that engage new audiences in sustained and meaningful ways by funding items such as transportation, virtual components, gallery interactives, community advisory groups, translation, and more!
We support projects that transform the ways museums engage with their communities through creative risk-taking and a potential to transform the museum field.
We support projects that integrate multiple disciplines — such as the performing arts, science, technology, and others — to expand access and audience engagement within the visual arts.
